If you have a property to sell, in order to achieve the best possible price within a reasonable timeframe you need an agent with:

  • Realistic pricing – As property acquisition specialists for over 30 years, we know what our buyers will pay for a particular asset & we will tell you bluntly if your pricing is way off the market value
  • Auction experience – Selling by private treatise may be the most common disposal route, but having dealt with thousands of auction properties, some properties suit the quick, no-nonsense auction route. We offer two Disposal packages:

  • Active – for the genuine seller
    • Full marketing by way of an inspection, brochure, website listing, e-mailshot, external digital and/or print advertising and sounding out all relevant buyers from our database
    • Once a price is agreed, we would oversee the transaction through to exchange and completion
    • Our fee to be agreed in advance (normally a small percentage of the purchase price, but this varies from deal to deal and is subject to a minimum)
    • Sole agency basis (i.e. our fee on a successful exchange during our contracted period would be payable even if the buyer was not found by us)
    • An up-front fee of £350 + VAT is chargeable to cover initial marketing (this would be deductible from our eventual disposal fee)
  • Passive – for the open-minded landlord
    • Website listing only
    • No up-front fees
    • Our fee to be agreed once enquiries are received (normally a small percentage of the purchase price, but this varies from deal to deal and is subject to a minimum)
    • Multiple agency basis (i.e. we would not charge you a fee should you find a buyer independently whilst your property is listed on our site)
    • Once a price is agreed, we would oversee the transaction through to exchange and completion
