  • Auction experience – Selling by private treatise may be the most common disposal route, but having dealt with thousands of auction properties, some properties suit the quick, no-nonsense auction route. We offer three Disposal packages:

Active – for the genuine seller
  • Full marketing by way of an inspection, brochure, website listing, e-mailshot, social media, external digital and/or print advertising and sounding out all relevant buyers from our database
  • Reasonable timeframe required (ca. 2 months with notice required to terminate)
  • An up-front fee of £350 + VAT is chargeable to cover initial marketing (this would be deductible from our eventual disposal fee)
Off-Market – for the discrete seller
  • Quiet one-to-one marketing to selected investors and 3rd parties only
  • No brochure, online listing or social media
  • Shorter agreement duration – if we can’t perform within say 4 weeks, you can consider other disposal options
  • No up-front fees
Passive – for the open-minded landlord
  • Website listing only
  • Slightly above-market price permitted
  • No fixed sale timeframe
  • No up-front fees
